Got a letter finally after a month of hearing nothing from the franchise owner. Said he called, but my cell said otherwise. Not even a voicemail. According to the letter he at least he "talked" to the employee and gave us 3 free 6" subs. Since I love subway so much, I guess my fiance and I will try this again. But, I honestly hope that the employee was fired.

I went in there about an hour ago and there was some grumpy old Mexican woman who was doing something with the bread racks. She didn't greet me or anything. Didn't say hi ... nothing like that I just kinda stood there for a minute and it was the first sign of something not really up to standards. I asked for just a few pickles and I guess that translated to a fist full of them but I didn't make a big deal out of it. What killed me and this whole experience was the bread. It was like jail bread for prisoners or something. It was ... just off ... it wasn't soft ... it crumbled apart and ... it was just wrong. Who the hell cooked that bullshit?

Terrible service. So grumpy and rude. Ask for two 4" sandwiches for my kids (nothing else) and they throw them in these silly bags and charge me $3 for them.

I went into this store to buy a foot long and I told the guy to put any cheese on my sub 4 times and instead of doing what he was told he decided to skip right over and not do what I told him to do. I then left because his supervisor was standing right behind him and did not step in to do her job!

This Subway is great. But what makes it so great is one employee in particular...Patrick. He actually takes pride in working here and more importantly takes even more pride in each and every sandwich he makes. He typically works in the evenings, has blond hair. He greets every person that walks through the door and bottom line just knows his sandwiches. He even distributes all the ingredients evenly on the sandwich...bonus points! Now the store itself is the reason why I didn't give this review a full 5 stars. The restaurant itself is very small and awkward. This place needs a major update on their equipment and store itself. But the food tastes good, so I just keep going back :)

Friendly and competent service. Comfortable temperature. Clean. The veggie sub is a good deal and good for you. The potato chips, not so much.

As far as relatively healthy eats on a budget goes, Subway has it figured out. Sure, they're a chain (franchises, even); ingredients probably aren't locally sourced and they're sure as sh!t not organic. But hey, for $5.00USD for a foot of sandwich what can you expect? Plus, they offered "fresh" before fresh was in. Just ask Jared (remember him?). That guy knows what's up. This is the Subway that is on my way home from various engagements and life requirements; I'm glad they're there. While I cannot speak for the bathrooms, overall the store appears clean. Clean enough for me to return time and again. Service is generally consistent--not overly nice, but polite and accommodating. I have been in at both the breakfast hour (a fan of the current $2.50 for breakfast sando + coffee combo) and the dinner hour. One night I went in and was the only customer there. The lone guy working was playing his own music. It said the f-word! Oh god!! But I didn't mind; I found it rather entertaining (the fact that it was playing--not the music itself). Other times there have been more customers in the line, but I think my longest wait ever was maybe five minutes. Not bad on my watch. As previously mentioned, they're currently running a promotion for a breakfast sandwich (on English muffin) with a cup of coffee for $2.50. Neither are out-of-this-world amazing (especially the coffee), but I like that I can have green peppers and tomatoes on my breakfast sandwich without the hassle or fuss of making it myself. I also like that after 5pm (or maybe it's 4pm...?) I can get a foot-long Veggie Patty sub for $5--the Veggie Patty is a little something extra beyond just veggies. I'm sure I'll continue to visit this location if for no other reason than it's mighty convenient. But beyond that, service, price, and product are all just fine by me.

typical Subway shop, my only complaint is that it's tiny. no room for a line (that often forms) and the check-out space is stuffed into the corner. poor layout, tough to move through the line.

It's clean, it's cheap. It's not the best sub in town (by a long shot) but the veggie sub makes for a tasty light meal.
